How to Connect and Synchronize Meta Messenger and Instagram DMs
This guide explains how to connect your Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts to the Zimflow Omnichannel Dashboard.
Step-by-step Setup:
- Navigate to Settings -> Setup or Embedded Login in your workspace.
- Click Connect Facebook & Instagram under the Omnichannel Inbox card.
- Select the Facebook Page you want to connect and authorize the permissions.
Troubleshooting Instagram DMs:
- Ensure your Instagram Business profile is linked to your Facebook Page in Page Settings.
- In the Instagram App, go to Settings -> Messages and Story Replies -> Message Controls, and turn Allow Access to Messages to ON.
- Click "Reconnect / Update" in Zimflow to sync the changes.
