User Guide: AI Presentation & Pitch Deck Agent
Learn how to use Zimflow's AI Presentation Agent to create high-converting 16:9 investor pitch decks, commercial B2B sales proposals, and PRAZ tender slides in seconds.
Steps to Generate & Export Your Deck:
- Navigate to AI Pitch & Presentations: Click on AI Agents & Tools -> AI Pitch & Presentation Deck Agent in the main sidebar.
- Select Presentation Type: Choose between Investor Pitch Deck, B2B Commercial Sales Proposal, eGP / PRAZ Government Tender Deck, or Executive Board Review.
- Enter Objective / Custom Topic: Enter your goal (e.g., "Seeking $50k seed funding for expanding solar POS hubs in Zimbabwe"). The AI automatically pulls your business profile, contact details, and catalog products from Zimflow.
- Interactive 16:9 Slide Preview: Use the slide counter, thumbnail strip, and speaker pitch guidance notes to review each slide.
- Export PDF Presentation: Click Download PDF Presentation to download a high-resolution landscape PDF ready for printing or projector display.
