How to Enable and Configure Real-time Chat Translation

 

Our real-time chat translation feature allows you to communicate with users in different languages.

 

Here’s how to set it up:

  1. Go to Translations: In the side navigation menu, click on "Translations".
  2. Enable Translation: Toggle the switch to enable the real-time translation feature.
  3. Set Your Default Language: Choose your primary language from the dropdown menu. This is the language that all incoming messages will be translated to for you.
  4. How it Works: When a user sends a message in a different language, it will be automatically translated to your default language in the chat interface. Your replies will also be automatically translated back to the user's language.
