How to Assign a Chat to an Agent or a Chatbot
You can assign a conversation to a specific agent or a chatbot for automated responses.
Here’s how:
- From the Chat Interface: In the chat interface, you can assign a conversation to an agent or a chatbot from the dropdown menu at the top of the chat area.
- From a Flow: You can also assign a chat to an agent or a chatbot automatically from within a flow by using the "Assign to Agent" or "Assign to Group" nodes.
