  1. From the Chat Interface: In the chat interface, you can assign a conversation to an agent or a chatbot from the dropdown menu at the top of the chat area.
  2. From a Flow: You can also assign a chat to an agent or a chatbot automatically from within a flow by using the "Assign to Agent" or "Assign to Group" nodes.
