Getting Started: Setting Up Your Zimflow Store & Multi-Currency

1. Introduction

Welcome to Zimflow! This guide walks you through setting up your business profile, configuring multi-currency exchange rates, and onboarding your first cashier.

2. Configuring Multi-Currency Rates

  1. Navigate to In-Store & POS Hub in the main navigation.
  2. Locate the Multi-Currency & Exchange Rate Engine widget.
  3. Set your primary base currency (e.g., USD) and secondary currency (e.g., ZiG).
  4. Enter your daily exchange rate multiplier (e.g., 28.50) and click Save Currency Settings.
