Learn how to parse Zimbabwean PRAZ and eGP tender documents, evaluate compliance criteria, and compile automated technical proposal submissions.
Steps to Audit & Submit Tenders:
- Navigate to eGP Bidding: Click on AI Agents & Tools -> eGP & PRAZ Tender Bidding in the main sidebar.
- Upload Tender RFP PDF: Upload the official procurement tender document. The AI agent parses tender requirements, tax clearance rules, and technical scoring weights.
- Review Compliance Audit: Verify required documentation (ZIMRA Tax Clearance, NSSA, PRAZ Registration, CR14/CR6).
- Generate & Export Proposal: Compile technical proposal responses and download formatted submission documents.
