How In-Aisle Cart Booking Works

When customers use the Scan & Go PWA in your aisles, they can generate a 6-digit booking code (e.g., ZF-4892).

Loading on Web POS:

  1. Open the In-Store & POS Hub.
  2. In the Fast Cart Booking Till Lookup box, enter the code.
  3. Click Claim & Load Basket to populate the till.

Loading on Mobile App:

  1. Open the POS screen.
  2. Tap the amber âš¡ Load Cart Booking button.
  3. Type or scan the code to instantly import the customer basket.
