How to Set Up Agent Availability and Working Hours
Setting up your agents' availability ensures that chats are only assigned to them when they are working.
Here’s how to do it:
- Go to Agent Settings: From the Agents page, select an agent to open their settings.
- Set Working Hours: In the "Availability" section, you can set the working hours for each day of the week.
- Out of Office: If an agent is unavailable, you can toggle their status to "Out of Office". This will prevent new chats from being assigned to them.
