How to Assign User Roles and Permissions to Agents

 

You can control what your agents can do on the platform by assigning them different roles.

 

Here’s an overview of the available roles:

  • Owner: Owners have full access to all features and settings, including billing and company details.
  • Staff: Staff members can manage conversations and contacts but do not have access to company settings.

 

To assign a role, go to the Agents page, select an agent, and choose a role from the dropdown menu.
