This Privacy Policy describes how Zimflow ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information of users ("you" or "users") of our platform that enables businesses in Zimbabwe to create WhatsApp chatbots.

Chatbot Content and Data: We collect the content of the chatbots you create using Zimflow, including the prompts, responses, and any data collected through your chatbots from your customers (end-users). Payment Information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect necessary payment information (e.g., credit card details), which is processed by our third-party payment processors. We do not directly store your full payment card details.

Information We Collect Automatically:

Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the Zimflow platform, such as the features you access, the duration and frequency of your usage, and other usage statistics. Device Information: We may collect information about the device you use to access Zimflow, including the device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers. Log Data: Our servers automatically record certain information when you use Zimflow, including your IP address, browser type, referring/exit pages, and timestamps.

Information Collected Through Integrated Services:

When you integrate Zimflow with Flowise or Voiceflow, we may collect information related to your use of these integrated services, as permitted by their respective privacy policies and your agreements with them.

How We Use Your Information

We may use your information for the following purposes:

To Provide and Maintain Zimflow: To operate, maintain, and improve our platform and its features. To Manage Your Account: To create and manage your user account, provide customer support, and communicate with you about your account. To Facilitate Chatbot Functionality: To enable you to build, deploy, and manage your WhatsApp chatbots. To Process Transactions: To process payments for subscription fees. To Communicate with You: To send you important notices, updates, promotional materials (where permitted by law), and other relevant information. To Improve and Personalize Zimflow: To understand how users interact with our platform and to personalize your experience. Account Deletion: If you choose to delete your Zimflow account, we will initiate the process of deleting your personal information from our active systems. Please note that some residual information may be retained in our backup systems for a limited period for security and disaster recovery purposes. Chatbot Data: You have control over the data collected by your chatbots from your end-users. You are responsible for implementing your own data retention and deletion policies for this data. We provide the platform for you to manage this data, and upon your account deletion, we will also delete the chatbot configurations and related data you created within Zimflow from our active systems, subject to the same backup limitations mentioned above. Request for Deletion: You may have the right to request the deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions under applicable law. Security of Your Information

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
