How to Edit an Existing Chatbot AI Agent
To edit a AI Agent that you have already created, follow these steps:
- Go to Agents Workspace: Click on AI Agents in the side navigation menu to see a list of all your existing AI Agents.
- Select a AI Agent: Find the AI Agent you want to edit in the list and click on its name or the "Edit" button to open it in the AI Agent editor.
- Edit AI Agent Settings:
- Rename the AI Agent: You can change the name of the AI Agent in the "AI Agent Name" input field. Click "Update AI Agent Settings" to save the new name.
- Import/Export: You can import a new AI Agent structure or export the current AI Agent as a JSON file using the "Import AI Agent" and "Export AI Agent" buttons.
- Delete a AI Agent:
- If you need to delete a AI Agent, click the "Delete AI Agent" button in the "Danger Zone" section.
- A confirmation modal will appear. To confirm, type the exact name of the AI Agent into the input field and click "Delete this AI Agent".
